1. On our rooftop, there are filtered water dispensers where you can fill your bottle to help minimize the use of single-use plastic*
2. Complete elimination of plastic and its replacement with glass
3. Recycling bins for guests’ use in common areas*
4. Reuse of towels: Towels are only put out for laundering if the guest
requests it
5. The bedding will only be changed every 3 days
6. All bathrooms feature water-efficient fixtures, including low-flow toilets, dual-flush systems, smart showers, and low-flow faucets and showerheads
7. The rooms are equipped with energy-saving light switches, and the hallways and common areas have motion sensors and LED lights
8. All windows are double-glazed and provide both thermal and acoustic insulation**
9. All buildings are constructed to provide sound insulation, both between rooms and from the outside**
10. There are policies in place to combat food waste, including education, waste prevention, reduction, recycling, and the treatment of food waste
